From runbook task to API call

Clarity does not move data itself. When a task's run conditions are met it calls the migration engine through its API, polls the job until it finishes, then closes the task and releases the next one. The same pattern drives Nutanix Move, HCX, AWS MGN, Azure Migrate, Veeam, Rubrik and Carbonite, with nothing installed in the guest.
