Partner enquiry form (/become-a-partner): company, full name, job title, email address, country, partner type (technology, delivery or referral) and your message.

Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, in server logs for security and reliability.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • Sending you marketing material about Clarity. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Keeping the site secure and available. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in protecting our systems.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and partner applications: 24 months, unless a business relationship follows.
  • Where a relationship follows, records are kept for the life of that relationship and for 6 years after it ends, to meet contractual and statutory obligations.
  • Marketing consents: until you withdraw consent, and a suppression record afterwards.
  • Server logs: short retention set by our hosting provider, typically under 12 months.
